Chef Lance Seeto is an icon of South Pacific cuisine. He’s also been a supporter of IFAD’s Recipes for Change campaign for more than five years now.

We recently caught up with him about the current situation in the Pacific Islands, how Fijians are coping with the pandemic, and the latest on his brand-new restaurant. An excerpt of our conversation appears in Episode 9 of Farms. Food. Future.
