Harvesting Successes: Partnership for enhanced delivery of seed and soil fertility Technologies

Although African farmers have shown readiness to adopt new technologies, they have been hindered by underdeveloped or unsustainable technology delivery systems and insufficient awareness of the benefits of these technologies. To tackle this challenge, The Alliance for a Green revolution in Africa (AGRA), partnered with IFAD in 2017 under the project "Improving Delivery of Seed and Soil Fertility Technologies" (IDSST).

The IDSST supported three IFAD projects in East and Southern Africa Region to enhance access to improved seed, soil fertility technologies for small-scale farmers and build capacity of public and private institutions to deliver these technologies.
