Several resources were developed in order to help implement an impact assessment using the approach followed by the Research and Impact Assessment (RIA) division of IFAD.
Persons with Disabilities
IFAD11 Impact Assessments included individual-level data collected on persons with disabilities (PwD) using the Washington Group Short Set of Questions on Functioning collected from 22 projects. These are used to identify two broad disability typologies: physical and cognitive. In turn, this information is useful for gauging the potential impact of these conditions on functional abilities.
