Sakphouseth Meng

Sakphouseth Meng is a Country Programme Officer based in Cambodia. He is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the country strategic opportunity programme, design and supervision of the IFAD investment projects. Meng also works on project implementation support, policy engagement and partnerships in Cambodia. He is managing the operations of the IFAD Country Office.

Before joining the fund in 2016, Meng served as a Senior Programme Portfolio Advisor to the National Committee for the Management of Decentralization and De-concentration reform in Cambodia. His portfolio included IFAD, WB and UNICEF supported projects.

He hold a MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok and BA in Economics from the University of Economics and Law in Phnom Penh.
