The strategy is articulated in two strategic objectives:

• Strategic objective 1: Investments in selected territories has increased the economic mobility, resilience and access to product, labour, employment and service markets for beneficiary families.
• Strategic objective 2: Investments in selected territories generate a learning process that facilitates policy dialogue to scale up the country strategy for productive inclusion and family resilience to the national level.
