Global Certification Framework for Monitoring and Evaluation in Rural Development - Program in Rural M&E

The overall goal of the programme is to set Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) standards and develop M&E capacity in the rural development sector.

The target group will be composed of 100 sponsored staff in project management units (similar to phase I) in all ongoing IFAD-funded projects.
