Knowledge Management Action Plan 2016-2018

This document outlines an Action Plan to address key Knowledge Management (KM) priorities until the end of 2018.

There are four action areas:

• to improve how IFAD generates and uses knowledge;
• to enhance its role as a learning organization;
• to improve its IT platforms; and
• to assess KM performance.
