IFAD Guidelines on Economic and Financial Analysis - Vol. 1: Basic concepts

The main scope of these guidelines is to help country programme managers (CPMs) in their project design dialogue with governments, as well as to help mission leaders and EFA analysts in the performance of their tasks related to project EFA.

The IGs should be considered an open and dynamic document, which will be regularly updated to introduce changes and/or complement information, following the needs of its main users.
