Report on IFAD's Development Effectiveness 2023 (RIDE)

The 2023 Report on IFAD's Development Effectiveness (RIDE) presents the Fund’s performance against the indicators and targets set in the corporate Results Management Framework (RMF) as agreed with Member States.

In 2022, the first year of Twelfth Replenishment of IFAD’s Resources (IFAD12), the Fund delivered transformational results, leveraging its business model and the reforms initiated in previous years and applying an adaptive management approach to mitigate the lingering effects of COVID-19 on portfolio performance.
