China-IFAD South-South and Triangular Cooperation Facility: Annual Progress Report 2022

The China-IFAD South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) Facility shares proven solutions and innovative agri-food practices from China and the Global South among Member States. In 2022, the Facility emphasised addressing climate change impacts on smallholder farmers, engaging with the private sector to stimulate job creation and strengthen value chains, as well as enhancing the resilience of rural communities.

The Annual Progress Report 2022 provides an overview of the Facility portfolio and highlights. Sixteen projects cover diverse regions and themes, including value chain development, climate-smart agriculture, rural financing, crisis response, gender equality, and more. Based on lessons learned, the report also outlines the actions for the future.
